CROSS MEDIA WEST 2010 CONFERENCE
TABLETOP EXHIBIT SPACE
Anaheim Convention Center, Southern California

OVERVIEW
The Tabletop Exhibits Area at Cross Media West is located upstairs on Level 3 in Ballroom A. The Print Service Provider Conference General Session, the Lunch Presentation, and the Reception/Mixer Event will also be held in Ballroom A. In addition, all food and coffee service throughout the day will be served only in the Tabletop Exhibits Area.

Cross Media West is a one-day event. The Tabletop Exhibits Area will be open and accessible the entire day from 8:30am until 6:30pm.

TWO PACKAGES AVAILABLE

(A) BASIC PACKAGE includes:

• 5×8′ Exhibit Area in Ballroom A located on Level 3
• Carpet (ballroom area is carpeted)
• 8′ high back drape
• 2×6′ draped table
• 500 watt/110v electrical outlet
• Registration for one person, non-transferable, for both the Marketer/Creative Conference and the Print Service Provider Conference ($199 value), which includes:
  • Reception/Mixer Ticket ($39 value), and
  • Single Day PMA 2010 Trade Show Badge ($49 value) providing access to the entire PMA trade show floor and PrintFest Exhibits Areas
• Lunch Ticket ($49 value) for same person, non-transferable, which includes lunch and the lunch presentation

(B) Optional PREMIUM PACKAGE includes everything in the Basic Package above plus:

• 30″ Plasma Screen
• Floor Stand
• A/V Tech Labor to set up and remove (plug and play)
• Upgrade to 1000 watt/110v electrical outlet (screen requires 500 watts on its own)
