There are many sponsorship opportunities available at Cross Media West and PrintFest. If you don’t see a sponsorship you are interested in here, please contact us and we will be happy to create a custom package to fit your goals and budget.

Available Sponsorships:

• CMW/PF Marketing Campaign (cover costs of paper, printing, postage, etc. – no additional sponsorship fee)
  • Show off your product/service by using it to promote your sponsorship of our Marketing Campaign.
• Conference Session Handouts ($500 sponsorship fee plus costs to produce all handouts)
• Lunch Program ($5500 to sponsor 150 lunches)
  • See layout of CMW Exhibits Area in Ballroom A
  • Program exclusive for sponsor (can be direct sales presentation)
• Networking Mixer/Reception Sponsorship (2 avail. @ $1000 each)
• Coffee Breaks (multiple throughout the day @ $500 each)
  • All coffee and food service takes place in the CMW Tabletop Exhibits Area.
• Attendee Tote Bag
• Ads online, in email blasts and possibly in printed show directory.
